Service was quick. They covered the carpet with a tarp and left no mess whatsoever behind. Very clean and professional. This is our second time using this company and we will probably use them again!

Team showed up promptly (7:30am apt) and was pleasant- they got straight to work, cleaning and inspecting chimney from top and bottom ends; their explanation for needed work was simple and sensible. They ended up removing our cap and installing an upper damper.

Tom and crew arrived promptly at the appointed hour. They were polite and pleasant and hot right to work. Tom showed photos of his inspection on the roof as his assistant neatly performed the chimney cleaning. I would use them again.

Great guys. Didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. Did the job and they were able to install a chimney cap that I had been meaning to put on for a long time. Great experience.
