Small classes so lots of personal attention - it's almost like personal training for a great price! Awesome deal and the classes are so much fun!

My only complaint is that they do not have ANY childcare-i understand it is a small facility but, for a stay at home mom it is very very hard to come to anything until after 5 and then it is hard to leave everyone to get things done. Maybe offer childcare for only a few hours a day--please
