Really Really tough workout. I have done Insanity, plyometrics, cross fit- EVERYTHING under the sun and nothing was as tough as this. LOVED it!

Don't forget to eat well before class. They're pretty intense :) but super fun and challenging.

Classes are great, but you will need to purchase wraps ($5), and it is nice if you have your own boxing gloves because your hands get sweaty. They have gloves for you to borrow, but everyone else is using them too.
