What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Your health is made up of more than just the physical. I help clients address their mindset surrounding food, ideas about exercise, excuses, habits, and limiting beliefs. I help you change how your mind thinks about weight, freeing you to pursue becoming your best self possible!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

You’ve noticed friends or family members that go work out at the gym or start a new diet, but they soon relapse or even gain more weight and that is very discouraging. Health is holistic; and too often the mental and emotional side is left out completely.

What do you love most about your job?

I love to see the long-term change in clients. The cool thing about coaching and hypnosis is that, often, once people are in a better state health wise, they see improvements in other areas of their life like their career, social life, relationships, and family life because it's all connected.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I think the most meaningful feedback has been in regards to the connection that the coaching relationship creates. Sometimes I am the only one in a client's life who really listens to them. I am happy I can provide that because everyone needs to be heard.
