Staff made me feel very comfortable. It was a great workout and very challenging,though adaptable to the novice. The trainer was very personable, but also pushed the class to keep trying to do more.

It was the toughest workout i have ever done. If i were really looking to get into shape seriously, i would absolutely go back.
