I loved the gym the owner and his coaches were awesome and very professional I had to end Mr membership because my company moved to Atlantic Station the commute was bad due to traffic

tony did a good job of explaining the different punches and how they're numbered, and once you get the hang of it, it's fun. full body workout. fun music. great classes. i would definitely recommend it, if you're looking for an intense workout.
