I used this location about a year ago but had to stop due to some chronic health issues. To say I missed barre with Elise and spin classes is an understatement. I counted down the days (and up the pounds lol) until I felt better. I recently returned and nothing has changed except we are now inside. Great, hardcore classes where I don't feel belittled bc of my size or lack of athleticism. Love SL!

This is the best cycle studio I've found in Durham! Great energy, and I every instructor brings the heat. You are sure to be sweating after every class.
