I like it alot. They wash the car, you vacuum and dry. All the towels & window wash is provided. You can spend as much or as little time as you want.

I purchased exterior wash only. My 20 year old suv had been left outside unwashed for a long time. Ritz wash and spray wax system did a very good job, including a better than expected shine to tbe finish. Not cheap, but i think a good value.
