No, as usual though I was on time and technicians are always running behind 10-20 minutes. However, the warm personalities and great customer service makes up for your wait.

If your getting a shellac manicure and pedicure, when you call to schedule remember your calling a salon/spa. Any quality establishment will be scheduling out at about 2 weeks. If your lucky, sooner. Be patient otherwise go for the walk in places. Here you get personal service and a beautiful mani and pedi. Enjoy, well worth it!
