My only complaint (suggestion) is to turn down the music in Yoga Sculpt. I'm not sure if every instructor has it so loud, but it was almost to the point of hurting my ears, and next to impossible to hear the next que.

Wonderful yoga studio! I am so impressed with the nice people that work there! I am really trying to make a difference to my body and self image. I am a typical mom trying to fit it all in. One night I busily did all my mom taxi drops and frantically drove to class. As I sat at the last stoplight I was so mad at myself for being late. I told myself they are not going to let you in the door. Prepare for that. I came in (2min late) and apologetically said. "Am I too late?" The desk gal said "No Love, you go right ahead." I teared up, snuck in and found my space on my mat. She has no idea how those simple words cured my night. Namaste.
