Bridget Pack has an attitude. When my appointment was complete I noticed many grays still showing. I mentioned it to her and her comment was "It just looks natural." That is not why I have my hair colored. The haircut was uneven. Bridget has an attitude and she refused to correct these problems unless I paid full price for another color treatment. I went back to Eagle Salon and Spa since then and the other hair professionals are very friendly and talented. Joyce re-cut and styled my hair and I will be going back to see Joyce on June 22nd for the color correction. I would never select Bridget Pack again. Very high marks to the rest of the stylists and nail techs at Eagle Salon and Spa. They are terrific!
