Yoga with Janis is an excellent class. Love that they have lots of yoga classes. Cecilias class is great too. Gym is very clean

It's a great facility with group classes. I enjoy the classes as it is very intense and helps to keep you in shape. Very neat and clean with ample parking spaces.

It's a great gym to workout in! Very clean, friendly staff. Classes all week long. Theater workout room(my favorite) private women's workout room. 2 floors, beautiful locker rooms with a steam room.. Just an excellent experience overall ")

This gym has an exceptionally friendly staff. The ladies changing room/shower/sauna is clean and well cared for. The variety of spaces is amazing. There are many types of work out rooms to include a cardio theatre and a woman only space. The classes are varied and well organized with set within appropriate spaces.
