As someone that works out a lot through other means of exercise, I was not expecting that Pilates would be much of a workout. In fact, while doing some of the moves I was still not convinced I was working hard, but the next morning my muscles were really sore. After a week, I can see results. I really enjoyed the workout, and I'm definitely going back.
