My first impression of Rebel is that it is accessible while being professional and challenging. Everyone was friendly and the instructors were knowledgable and patient. Excited to keep going.

Fantastic staff, incredibly friendly and professional. Just after one class you can tell it's truly a community in the gym. People might have different goals and reasons as to why they go; whether it's to get in shape, compete, or other reasons. Regardless of that reason this place is welcoming and fantastic.
