My mom is handicapped - paralyzed on one side - and I was touched and impressed that a hair stylist welcomed her in and opened the door, another stylist helped her to the bathroom, the nail tech taking care of me helped her into the pedicure chair and to take off her shoes, her nail tech put her shoes back on - it was so nice to see and I am happy to know I could leave her there with the confidence that she would get help if she needed it. All of this was done without my asking and it helped my mom and I enjoy our services all the more! Thank you!
