Family owned and staffed, Personal, professional service by owner Renee. Nicely kept facility, and easily accessible just off Highway 169 and Valley View Road. I'm very pleased with my Venus Freeze results. I'll return for other services such as the BBL treatment.

Renee was pleasant, but was very surprised that this was a single employee business. I expected that it would be more like a clinic/office setting with more employees.

very bad work. With very low energy it didn't work at all on my hair I told her that I need a higher energy but she didn't care

They misadvertised, don't do the procedure they advertised, and stole my money.

Horrible customer service and on top of that while getting a facial, they had the pop station radio on. Not relaxing in the least.
