It was ok customer service BUT I went and did 2 chemical peels, and didn't peel once! Not happy about that.

just don't it was bad, she burnt my face. and then wanted to do it again, they were super unprofessional and literally had her daughter (teen) prep me one time....

Not friendly.

my 3rd appointment was interrupted by a phone call, she left the room took a phone call when she came back and she told me we would have to rebook as her machine wasn't working. we booked the next appointment she took my phone call in case it wasn't fixed in time. When I showed up for my next appointment, she told me I didn't have an appointment. I said I never received a phone call. her English wasn't very well so I couldn't understand her.( I wouldn't have been upset if I didn't have to drive so far to get there from work) all she said is she was so me when they got it fixed... its been a month now and I haven't received a call. I'm at the point now if I did receive a call I wouldn't go!

The girls who worked there were friendly, however I was disappointed that the treatments weren't explained to me. Also no one seemed to look at my skin or inquire much about my acne, what might be causing it, any past treatments. I have found that after 4 weeks my skin seems to have broken out in acne worse than before I started treatments. I doubt I will return or recommend gliw skin care to family or friends.

Don't wear jeans and a t-shirt when performing a service. It isn't very professional . Plus, the facial technique of the lady performing my service was actually quite rough.
