Classroom is too small and crowded

I think its a pretty cool experience in Crunch. People are very friendly. Group Classes are nice!

Great place! Friendly staff! Wish they had little nicer tanning booths, but it is a gym and not a tanning salon. Just not sure how often they clean them

Great atmosphere

having been a trainer many years ago, I was surprised that I would only get 30 minutes orientation on equipment. Because I have been away from the gym for a number of years I asked if there was a "floor trainer" available for me to ask questions as I tried new equipment. When I found out that was not available, I decided to sign up for the 3 hour personal training package to be sure I was comfortable with all equipment before hurting myself. I think having a trainer on the floor to allow new people to ask questions is a better option and having one might be encourage non, new or occasional exercisers to join the gym. You may reply to my comment.

Loved all the employees especially Josh he was awesome!! He explained everything and we asked next visit if he could give us a tour because it was so busy we didn't want to take him away from the other clients. Had a great experience!!
