Use the personal trainer that is available (small fee) to really understand how to use the machines properly. It is definitely worth the money even for a short period of time.

Gym is very clean and organized. Staff is always cleaning. Equipment in good shape although some of the machine TV's didn't turn on. Equipment availability is not an issue, at least when I go. Staff is friendly. Only weird thing is their rule to change shoes when entering. Parking is abundant. No frills and gets the job done.
