I have been twice so far and can’t wait to go back! This gym is amazing! Arnel is great! He scales everything down for the beginners and all of the people that go to this gym make you feel welcome!

Arnel has an amazing gym. I have never been happier to workout! Their team is amazing, the workouts are tough, but the reward is what it is all about. Wish 10 starts was an option. I love coming here so much, my husband ended up joining and really getting committed too!

The trainers do a very nice job of discussing nutrition and proper form for every exercise. They are always open to questions and will adapt the workout if you have an injury. It's a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Very motivating!
