Be ready to work! 1 session and i'm still sore 2 days later! Did movements that I would think I'd feel it, but i did! I couldn't wait for the session to be over as it completely exhausted me! Felt awesome! Bring a big water bottle! You'll needit!

The staff in very well trained to help you get to where you want to be. They are very good with young athlete's how to react to certain situations. My daoughter's 10 and 13 also like training there along with my son's 16 and 20.

The class was great very intense. Bryan the instructor is very nice . I didn't feel ackward at all being a new person in the class.
