Amazing workout. Everyone from the owner, trainer and even the members were friendly and motivating. Very efficient use of time....trainer kept me moving every minute of my hour long workout.

The owner was wonderful. He has an extensive background in fitness and was very friendly. I had no problem redeeming my coupon. I took a circuit training class and it was really fun.
