I went for my first appointment today and the owner, Pat, was extremely friendly and very professional. She explained all the exercise equipment and how to use the equipment correctly and safely. Pat is very apparently is committed to physical fitness and to her clientele. She knew everyone's name, greeted everyone that came in, and clearly loves what she does and exudes joy in her work. I was delighted with my experience at Curves today and look forward to going back regularly.
