EG Adventure Bootcamp gave me one of the best workouts I've had in years. I love the fast pace. I can't imagine anyone getting bored w/ the workout routines. I'm actually excited about reaching my fitness goals. Thanks Elk Grove Adventure Bootcamp!

This program was advertised as suitable for all fitness levels ("no one is left behind"). When I tried to modify the sit-up position, the instructor told me to do the full position (legs straight), which hurt my back. This is one example. I didn't think the instructor was helpful or encouraging. He spent most of the time talking with one student. I would not recommend this program.
