Love ROCK SOLID FITNESS!!! Amazing classes & will definitely put every person to work. Gotta love karrin. A great gym to get back in shape.

So many different classes to choose from! The parking is limited so arrive about 5 minutes early to get a spot. All of the instructors are awesome and the classes are amazing!
