Not a good place for long term weight loss. Pushes only Keto diet because of "quick results" will not entertain any other type of diet program. Does not prescribe anything but Phentermine. Seemed incredibly unrealistic. Left feeling shamed for my personal journey and eating choices. It was a complete waste of money. Since leaving this facility I joined Noom and have had substantial weight loss

The facility in Waukesha is a complete DUMP the entire building is old the equipment is old and I did not like the fact that there drawn up needles with medication already in them. I prefer to watch you draw up medications in front of me so that I know what I am being given. This place is very unsanitary. I NEVER once saw the tech clean nor wash her hands either before touching me nor after. I would NEVER go back to this place again. I will say this the ladies there were very nice and friendly. This is the only reason I gave this 2 stars one for each of the ladies.
