I absolutely loved this class, Karen and Rachel are the best, they are so patient and helpful. I was adjusted when I felt the wrap was too low, and when I was scared to go upside and they did not rush me❤️ The experience was so calming yet exciting and we burned 400+ calories! I’m definitely going back.

Class was full of welcoming women! There was a mix of beginner and intermediate but all poses were accessible for me a beginner! Highly recommend for those wanting to try a variation of fitness classes
