I took the Beginner's Pilate/Tower Reformer class, and found it fun, but it was too strenuous for my body. I have osteoarthritis, and my knee ached as a result of the class. Otherwise, if you don't have any physical limitations I would recommend it highly.

Absolutely love this place. The instructors are so attentive to each person's needs. The workouts are challenging, but not insane. You feel like you're not doing much, but you'll feel it the next day. Finding parking was a bit hard for me, so make sure to give yourself enough time before the class.

First time doing Pilates and I think I'm going to be hooked. Instructor was great as well patient teaching you positions. Felt very comfortable in this new environment.
