If the owner were not teaching maybe the class would be better. She a negative influence and I did not pay for a pilates class to get such negativity. If I were you I would find a better teacher.

Class started 25 minutes late and ended on time, so I did not get a one-hour class at all

The instructor arrived five minutes after the class was supposed to start. She then answered her cell phone two times during the class.

Great idea to intro people to your services, but make sure they see the value so they'll come back and pay full price.
