Try as many classes as you can; they are all different and benefit different people in different ways. All the instructors are wonderful!

To enter the place, you would have to arrive 10-15 min earlier because the doorsl will be locked. I went prior when a class was going on thinking I would've been able to sign up. Have to wait till there's a class.

Olivia is a wonderful and uplifting instructor. She encourages more advance poses while making sure beginners are building a solid foundation. She is very attentive and aware of the students in her class. I definitely recommend her!
