Do your homework ...and there wording on their adds is deceiving so when u get there be ready for a let down. They don't give prices but percentages which I don't like!!!!!!

If you're not ready to buy, tell them that when you walk in, because they're commission-based and they will follow you around the store until you get something. Kind of pushy, but they had what we wanted at good prices.

I have purchased my appliances at AFW for many years and have always had a great experience, leaving with products that meet my budget and needs. The customer service and employees are outstanding. Prices, options and selections just cannot be beat. It is not a painful process as with many other vendors, and not just a purchase. To me it is a fun and exciting shopping trip due to the personal service you receive. Would recommend them without hesitation and will continue purchasing my appliances there. Thank you to all employees for their extreme patience with all my questions. You guys are fab. Can't wait for my upcoming delivery!

The warehouse had the wrong color dishwasher waiting for us which we unfortunately didn't realize until we went all the way back to Aurora. The store offered the "floor Model" at no discount but we had no choice as the warehouse was closed and the next delivery would have been too late (3 days later) so this time I was rather disappointed in my purchase.
