The staff in Medford are AMAZING. Very people oriented and friendly to novices as well as seasoned customers. If you have questions on how to use a machine or do a particular exercise to work your preference, they'll show you without hesitation. I absolutely love these guys.

Friendly and helpful staff, busy and active location

Positives: It has hot tubs, saunas, pool, (outside) free weights, a lot of machines, classes and trainers as well as a basket/volley/socc court and boxing rings. Friendly staff. Negative: not very clean, people rarely wipe machines down.

An excellent gym off W. 11th. It's got it all! Hot tub, pool and everything you need to do a complete workout and then some. I'm impressed. A++

I plan to work out there, but felt pressured to buy their personal trainer. They couldn't really tell me the bottom line cost

Huge facility although all of the workout equipment is second hand and on its last leg. Very few treadmills that work properly and they don't seem to be maintained very well (belts drag with every step, buttons broken off and not replaced). The actual weight room is huge and is shared with an indoor soccer field. They don't seem to have enough weight plates Anything that was laid on was covered in dust. Might as well be Gold's Gym under a new name...
