Came in today on August 17, 2016 at 4:30pm, and I wish I could remember her name (I'm absolutely awful with names and feel horrible about not remembering). I have really long hair (lower back length) and asked for some crazy layers which are not easy to do. I was greeted right away and went to my conditioning treatment. My stylist was very quick and kept a good balance of conversation and relaxation time. After the treatment, she went straight into cutting me and did a great job realizing what I wanted (I had brought in pictures for reference). She did her thing and my hair felt lighter and healthier right away. She was able to trim off my dead ends effectively while keeping my length. After some changes I wanted due to my fickleness, she did exactly what I asked for. My stylist was professional, quick, and went above and beyond when I changed my mind.
