There is nothing like the contrast between extreme hot, and extreme cold, to relax you down to your bones! Don't skip the cold pool. The contrast with the sauna gives you a natural high. All your worries drift away.

Take full advantage of what the facility offers. The 40 degree pool is daunting, but take a quick dunk. Your skin will thank you. Also it cools your body temp allowing you to do another round in the sauna.

Get the scrub. Plan to stay all day and use the facilities.
