My 1st night here was awesome! The owner was there to greet me before class and make sure she spent time to go over everything, discuss my goals and concerns, and answer all my questions. Jeanne, the instructor was wonderful! I hadn't been to Yoga in a while so she was so helpful while not making me feel like I was holding up the class!!

The team at Riverflow Yoga is awesome. They not only offer a great introduction to yoga and share all the science behind it, but they also make it fun! I highly recommend it. I know we will continue with it. A great workout, wonderful people and an awesome detox!

Everyone at Riverflow is so welcoming and nice. The teachers are wonderful and the classes are great. I highly reccomend Riverflow!

Be early!! Small, but great space. Beatiful location by river in historic building. Hard to find (in back, off road.) Experienced, firm, yet compassionate instruction (some humor interjected even.) Lovely complimentary refreshments. No showers.
