It was very pleasant and soothing. She wasn't pushy, and gave me more than what I was expecting.

Good facial, relaxing environment. Good manicure that is included with facial. Excellent deal for the price. Sylvie is very knowledgable and professional. Although it is her home, it is professional and clean.

This establishment is out of her house off a dirt road. She's not very negotiable with changing appointments either.

i was very skeptical to let this woman do my brazilian wax upon arriving at ther "day spa", which was really a run down house (and i mean run down). No signs on her place of business either. very sketchy. She happens to know my father in law, which is the only reason i went through with the wax. i signed up for two waxes and, regardless of what i spent, i would NOT go back to her. on top of all that, she really bruised my bikini area because of how rough she was. I even had dried blood when i arrived home (which means she made me bleed). I've been getting brazilian waxes for about 7 years now and have never had this happen to me. Horrible, horrible experience.
