Very impressed with my hair

The professional is a great stylist, however, I had to schedule an appointment in order to see her 2 weeks in advance for she is the only that is doing the service. The experience itself was as if I was getting my hair done in someone's basement or in an office as apposed to an actual salon environment. Then, because the stylist is also the nail tech, after my dryer turned off, I had to wait about 20 minutes before she came back to get me because she was finishing up on another customer's nails. If you are used to having the salon environment, then I would not recommended this salon.

I feel if appointments are had they should be followed. The experience started off ok when I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and she was standing at the counter, she introduced herself and said I'll be doing your hair. Then she said take a seat, give me a minute. That's when things went down hill for me because its now my appointment time and she was just getting started on another clients hair. So Im left to wait. What's the point of an appointment. She didn't even apologize for the wait. As far as the service, it was sub par I received a silky press. She did not press the middle of my hair, and the only part that was pressed right was the edges. I'm glad I didn't pay full pric
