About Beayurvedic

Ayurveda, a system of medicine that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago, believes that individuals are unique and need to have health treatments tailored specifically to them. Beayurvedic's practitioner, Beena, relies on mind-body assessments—a combination of health-history questions and pulse readings—to determine which treatments are needed. Once clients know their dosha, or constitution type, they can learn which foods will best fuel their bodies, which herbal supplements to take, and which stress-management techniques are best for them. They can also learn how to care for their skin and rid their bodies of toxins via detoxification therapy on subsequent visits.
