The experience was just ok, the staff was nice enough but the services were a bit different then I had experienced before. My "40 minute" brown sugar foot scrub was not 40 minutes and there was never brown sugar introduced. The service was performed in a waiting lounge where all of the supplies used were placed on a floor...not real sanitary. My massage...well there were several things she "forgot" and mentioned that "oh I forgot" each time, one she introduced but the other just apologized for. She was nice though.
