Great staff - took time to answer questions, explain procedures and make me feel confident in my choice. Ended up booking another procedure while there!

Gretchen was great to work with. I'm not so sure about the Venus freeze. I went on and had IPL and the results were fantastic.

The website information is a bit outdated For example the address is wrong, and I ended up driving to the wrong location Please know that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy, not a 24 hour policy That caused me to lose on of my sessions ;-( All the appointments were set for Tuesday evenings, so not very conviniet or flexible

Friendly and informative staff. A pleasant experience. Not sure of the results of my Venus freeze treatment yet, but they did the procedure just as I had researched it should be done.

The staff is not great, especially the lady in the office, but I noticed hair reduction after the first visit. I guess that's all that matters.
