They always seem to do a very good job. I only noticed this year that there wasn't quite as much detail to cleaning grooves, as in the past, prior to waxing (in the Level 3 Exterior). Also, after steaming out the back hatch exterior framework, on my vehicle, the overspray onto the carpet in the back was very wet. Had to let set a couple days before putting anything in there. But they are very attentive to my concerns when I point them out & would still definitely take my cars back there.
