Actually had lunch at the Hinesville location today and was very pleasantly surprised. The line kept moving and everybody was pleasant. The manager Dian spoke to everyone and just had a fabulous attitude. It was very refreshing and I wish our local stores had people like her.

There was no information about the redemption location available until I printed the coupon. There was only one redemption location, which was 30 miles from my residence. I found, upon arrival, the cashier didn't know how to redeem it. The next day, the store manager redeemed it, and gave me a coupon for another meal for my trouble. Kudos to Krystal.
