The Ashtanga Yoga class with Fred Passata at 7:30pm on Wednesdays was excellent! I liked that it was beginner-friendly, but the instructor gave options for more intermediate variations to cater to individual fitness/familiarity levels. I can't recommend the instructor enough. The studio also provides yoga mats, which is nice if you don't have one or don't want to bring one.
