Purchase was for a spa manicure & pedicure. Must keep in mind this is a school - the experience can't be compared to a real spa. The room used for the pedicure is about as far from a spa you can get. I think the girls do well for what they have to work with.
Remember when going, this is a school, so it's not as good as going to a professional. However, it was a decent experience.
It is a school and they practice on you. I liked the people and the service!
This was my first facial so I have nothing to compare it with but overall I found it very relaxing. Occasionally there was a lot of chatting outside the room which was distracting but otherwise it was cozy. My face feels very smooth and refreshed!

Kate gave me my facial and I was treated like I would be in a professional spa. I was very pleased. I also got a haircut and color the same day and was happy with both. Brittany and her supervisor Rebecca were very friendly and I walked away with a great feeling. Looking forward to going again.

The 60-minute facial was the most relaxed I've been in a long time!
The manicure was pretty good - but the pedicure was not a "spa" pedicure. It was just ok - soaked feet in a basin of water for a few minutes, no massage of feet or lower legs, and it was done lying down which was not real comfortable.
Everyone was very nice and my color was fantastic!
