Good service, but it usually takes about 30 minutes. You definitely need to schedule an appointment, too. The first time I went, I did not have one and was turned away.

Pro: The oil change was fine and they even washed the car at no extra charge. Con: 3 secretaries behind the checkout desk and I stood there for nearly a minute before anyone would even acknowledge me. Nobody smiled and it really made me feel unwelcome and that my business was not appreciated.
