Like the personal touch, greeting me when I arrived, e-mail welcoming me was a plus. Also like the fact that we could fit in and get started doing what we could.

I discovered Zumba with Sandy at a down time in my life. I attribute Zumba as one of the lifelines that helped pull me through the pressing life issues I was facing. Sandy always says that our goal is to move, sweat and enjoy and we don't have to look just like the next person. That is freeing and makes Zumba just plain fun.
