About Create Total Wellness

In the years prior to the full time launch of her first Create Total Wellness clinic, Nichole Lowe spent 80% of her time traveling for business, balancing stress and healthy eating. Wellness education and lifestyle support during this time was a key component to her successfully managing such a high-profile career.

In 2010, at the height of her corporate career, Nichole's husband was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and three arterial blockages that required immediate surgery. Though Nichole had long since demonstrated a professional interest in health and wellness throughout her career as a film producer and corporate executive, the inspiration that led her to dedicate her career to the pursuit of total wellness was this deeply personal one. She attended an integrative nutrition program in New York and started racking up certifications in other studies, such as anti-inflammatory diets and Ayurveda. It all led her to Create Total Wellness, where she preempts emergencies in other families by teaching clients how to live well before tragedy strikes.
