The guys who operate Riptide Crossfit are AMAZING! I have had the best experience there and I've only been there for about 3 days now. They have opened my eyes to Crossfit training and they make sure you do not injure yourself, and most importantly, work with your weaknesses so you become stronger and more fit. I am so excited to join this family and suggest everyone do the same!
