I appreciated how careful and particular Ping was in doing my manicure. She was also very pleasant.

Christy was great, she was juggling myself and one other lady. Seemed like a clean salon, doing a good business and the people were very professional.

I had a gel manicure, which is supposed to average 2 to 3 weeks, but it has only been a couple days & it is starting to look like manicure is about to peel or flake. My regular manicure usually last at least a week.

My tech that started was very nice and did a great mani and then another tech took over to finish the gel. My nails on Wed. look fabulous!

Need to improve atmosphere and friendliness

My tech was friendly, informative & efficient tho it was a bit difficult to understand her at times. All in all it was a good experience as she told me if I had any trouble with my service in the next week she would repair anything I wasn't satisfied with.

When I first walked in I didn't feel like it was a very friendly place. It took a while before I could get anyone to warm up.

Make sure you truly carve out time for your appointments. People do not like to wait.

Always get you in fast for an appt! Love the gel nail polish-usually lasts me 3wks
