Very comfortable atmosphere - the instructor was welcoming and interactive, but the workout was great! Not a large place - but bright and clean. Try it out!

I thought it was a great class. Michelle the teacher was fun and very high in intensity. I liked it because it was not a large place like LA Fitness where you feel like you have to dress the right way, already be in great shape to attend the classes, etc. I feel like LA Fitness is phony. This place is not. I would recommend it.

I love the owner and all the instructors I've had so far. They are real down to earth people and no one is judging you. Great place to try and lose some weight.
